PROCESSING TIME  
Each piece of jewelry is handmade to order. Please allow **1–3 business days** for your order to be created, inspected, and prepared for shipment. Orders placed after 2 PM PST begin processing the next business day.

SHIPPING RATES  
United States:  
• $5.15 flat-rate shipping for orders under $35  
• Free shipping for orders $35 and over  

Canada:  
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout  
• Free shipping does not apply to Canadian orders  

International Shipping (Outside U.S. & Canada):  
• We ship to select international destinations  
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier  
• Transit times vary (typically 7–21 business days depending on country)  
• Free shipping does not apply to international orders  
• Customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, VAT, and taxes imposed by their country  

DELIVERY TIME  
U.S. Orders:  
• Standard delivery: 3–5 business days  
• Total time including processing: **4–8 business days**

Canadian Orders:  
• Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days  

International Orders:  
• Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days  
• Delays may occur due to customs processing in your country  

TRACKING INFORMATION  
All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

ADDRESS ACCURACY  
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING  
During peak holiday periods, processing and transit times may be longer. We recommend placing gift orders early.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES  
Gems In Vogue is not responsible for packages marked as delivered, lost in transit, or stolen. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.
