Returns:
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@gemsinvogue.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item, please do so within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging. Contact us at info@gemsinvogue.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and we will ship the exchanged item once we receive your return.
Non-Returnable Items:
Gift cards, final sale items, and custom-made jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.
