 REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Your business is greatly appreciated, and you have a happiness guarantee with your purchase from us!  Below you will find our return and exchange guidelines to help ensure a smooth and transparent experience.

RETURNS:

We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date as shown on your tracking information. Returns are accepted from customers in the United States and Canada only.

To qualify for a return, your jewelry must be:
• Unworn  
• Unused  
• Undamaged  
• Unaltered  
• Free of scratches, bends, tarnish, makeup, or perfume  
• Returned in its original packaging

For hygiene reasons, earrings that appear worn or used cannot be accepted.

 

INELLIGIBLE RETURNS:

Items that do not meet our eligibility requirements will be considered ineligible for a refund.

This includes jewelry that is worn, damaged, altered, scratched, tarnished, or missing components.

If an ineligible return is received:
1. We will notify you with photos.  
2. You may have the item shipped back to you at your expense.  
3. If return shipping payment is not made within 30 days, the item will be discarded.  
4. No refund will be issued for ineligible returns.

 

RETURN METHOD & SHIPPING COSTS:

All returns must be shipped back using a trackable mailing service.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

 

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS:

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Send photos to info@gemsinvogue.com.  
We will replace or refund defective or incorrect items at no cost to you.

 

HOLIDAY RETURN EXTENSION:

For orders placed between Black Friday and December 25, we offer extended holiday returns.

Holiday purchases may be returned until January 9.

After January 9, our standard 15-day return window applies.

 

REFUNDS:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.  
Please note: Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days to finalize the refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

• Unworn  
• Unaltered  
• Undamaged  
• In their original packaging

Return shipping for exchanges is the customer's responsibility.  
We will ship the replacement item once the original is received and inspected.

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS:

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom engraved jewelry  
• Personalized pieces  
• Made-to-order items  
• Earrings (if worn)  
• Gift cards  
• International orders outside the U.S. & Canada  

Sale and promotional items may be returned as long as they meet all standard return eligibility requirements.
